I had a good experience. Lisa did my nails and she is patient and making sure that I was satisfied with each step of the process. Anna completed with the flower design on my nails. Love the final result🤩

Had a great experience, I had Anna who did my nails and it was my first time trying Dip powder and it was fast and efficient! Anna knew what she was doing and was a pleasure the whole time! ( I also got a nice little hand massage at the end which was a nice touch) Definitely will be back!

Lisa did a great job on my nails. She took her time. It was perfection even the second time i went. I chose nail dipping to try something new, and the results are really pretty 😍

I did both a pedicure and manicure with Lisa at Concept nails and in my 20+ yrs of going to nail salons she’s by far the best! Her attention to detail and care when she works is exemplary. I will follow her where ever she goes! Concept nails makes it easy to book online and they respect their times so that you aren’t waiting for close to an hour from your appointment like other places I was loyal to.

I honestly never write reviews no matter how bad the experience but If i could give this place 0 and less stars i would!!! I went for the first time today with my friends and the pedicure we got was the worst! I literally just asked for a color change i really don’t think its that hard, half of my nail doesn’t have color on it and my toe is literally smudged even tho its shellac and thats after i asked her to fix it. My friend asked for a french on her toes, they first didn’t do the colors she chose, and she walked out as if its a week old pedicure. We asked to speak to the manager and she was so rude, overall this is literally the worst experience we’ve ever had!!!!
